New Opening!!!

We are delighted to announce that from the 31st of May, our 3rd restaurant Pig’Halle will open its doors to the public. Pig’Halle will have a strong connection with the Paris’s Brasserie style eating. With the most retro menu yet to be seen in Perth, Pig’Halle will also have the largest Fine Cognacs, Armagnacs and Calvados selection ever seen in Perth. Wines have been carefully selected to complement the many dishes such as Pig’s trotters, beef Tartare and more old fashioned French classics. Pig’Halle is situated on South street next to the Salutation hotel and will operate 5 days a week for lunch and dinner. The team looks forward to make your culinary experience in Perth that much more interesting and varied.
